Our investors do zero leg work and due diligence and simply provide the financing necessary.

After engaging in a JV with our team, this is the process we will follow: Establish a project brief, research the market (s), shortlist sites, conduct relevant due diligence such as financial and development feasibility, engage our network of advisors, settle on a site, negotiate with selling agents, settle on a favorable price, secure the purchase and work to ensure a smooth settlement.

Once we have secured a feasible development site, we will project manage the build from day one to completion.

Collaboratively, we will engage our network and appoint an architect, builder, engineer and all other relevant professionals to ensure the pre-, during and post-construction phase is done with efficiency, quality and within budget.

Each anticipated project return varies and is relevant to your serviceability and loan amount. However, as an indication, a $1.5 million purchase price ability and a 20% deposit are ideal. At this price point, after a development project, we can expect to walk away with $500k + in profit within 12 months.
